A Lifelong Passion for Animals

Our founder, Christian, grew up surrounded by dogs and horses. His earliest memories include riding his mother’s Appaloosa, Lady, and playing with the family’s rescue St. Bernard, Bernie. His mother’s love for animals began with her childhood dog Skippy, while his father, a U.S. Army K-9 Corps veteran, carried stories of Rebbie, the German Shepherd scout dog who saved his life in Vietnam.

From day one, Christian’s life has been filled with animal companions—an experience that shaped his dedication to improving pet health.

Why We Started

The inspiration for Companion Life Therapeutics came from Christian’s beloved rescue dog, Mick. A once-in-a-lifetime companion, Mick fueled Christian’s mission to bring advanced health span research from human medicine into the pet world.

With a background in the pharmaceutical industry, Christian recognized the opportunity: science-driven supplements could help pets live not just longer, but better lives. Companion Life Therapeutics was founded to make these breakthroughs available to every pet parent.
